ABSTRACT Introduction: A strong core can be more stable and improve the body posture of adolescents. This enables organic integration development all parts body, as well coordination upper lower limbs. Core strength training is conducive to improving its physical in youth group. Objective: To study influence on adolescents’ motor skills literacy. Methods: 40 teenagers were selected for group training. The experimental performed training, while control used traditional After period, improvement fitness two groups volunteers was analyzed. Results: There statistical differences between young athletes various technical indicators.
